ACT 2 Release.

As the title says. I've re-recorded Mizu's Entire Voicebank. You'll find it runs smoother than her ACT 1 due to volume fluctuations. And I've made the Oto.ini myself this time. Though credit goes to Kellapi1 on youtube for encoding her aliases for me.

Her new concept art has been drawn out. I still need to line and colour it though, so that may take a while. Anyways, enjoy Mizu Kori's Act 2.
